I used National Shipping to ship one car from NJ to CA and then 2 cars back from CA to NJ. I used them in March 2010 and then in June of 2011. The first service was enclosed for an E55 and then the second time around for two cars the E55 and Z3 I decided to go open carrier.

Both times I was given cordial service and had absolutely no trouble in getting in touch with Bob or even the driver to check status of my car. Granted pick up was delayed but delivery was on time. I would not hold Bob accountable to the delay's of a truck driver.

I would recommend this carrier.
