I will never let them delivery my vehicle again

I went through the broker Car Shippers. I had a couple of places that my vehicle could be delivered because we were driving another vehicle and I might not make it there on time. The broker said that it would be ok because they were really close together. Picking up my vehicle was fine. Getting my vehicle back was a nightmare.

I would called the company to find out were to pick up my vehicle so that I could make sure that the appropriate person would have the money to pay the driver. They then informed me that they did not ship to Fort Knox, Ky even though this is were the vehicle that they already have is going. I told them that if it is easiler then they could drop it off in columbus because they go there anyway and it would say them a drive and money. I talked to a girl there which was really nice. she explained that nao would drive it to Columbus, Ohio and then the broker would have it sent door to door( the service I paid for). I called the Broker and he said that Nao is the one that is suppose to deliver it door to door and that he would call me back. Still waiting!!

They finally give the number to the driver and he said that he would deliver to my aunts house in Columbus. So we drive up there to get it just to find out that his truck broke down and he did not know when it was going to be fixed. I had to tell him that we had to have it by Sunday because we were driving back to ky. Finally the vehicle came 14 days later. We have had vehicles shipped many of times( germany to hawaii) and that only took 14 days!!
