I had my car shipped from Illinois to Washington, and NAO was my transport company (Cascade Vehicle Shipping was the broker). NAO auto was excellent! They were on time with both pickup and delivery, and both Nick, the driver, and Roman, the dispatcher, were patient, knowledgeable, and great to work with. They even went the extra mile; I lived on a hill in Seattle and Nick was able to get his truck full of cars up the hill to deliver my car as close as possible to my place. That's awesome service. The car arrived clean and with no damage. They also offered me the option of holding the car in their storage facility outside of Seattle at no extra charge so I could pick up my car at my convenience. This is a great option (especially if you're shipping your car to Seattle), but they were great at working around my schedule that I didn't need to take them up on this.

Overall, NAO Auto was a great company to work with, and I would not hesitate to work with them in the future. Highly highly recommended.
