I am very pleased with the service provided by Move on Time Transport. I originally went with Silva Auto Transport and waited almost 2 months before I decided to cancel with them and still am waiting for my refund. When I spoke with the rep at Move On Time I explained to him what happened and told him I was now skepticall of giving any money up front. He understood my situation and found a very pleasant agreement to better serve me and his company. I would definitly use this company again for any future transport needs and recommend anyone to them. The timing could not have been greater and to be able to actually speak to someone everytime I called was also great. Even calling after hours and leaving a message the call back time was remarkable.
