All though the delivery was late the driver had issues with his rig and I know things like that happen. Bob was there when ever I had questions and acted very promptly to get me answers no matter what time of day it was he was available. I will use On time for all my moves in the future All three vehicles arrived unscaved and in good shape. Thanks again Bob I will be back
