Disappointing Service

Initially they seemed honest and friendly getting a deal done. Car was going from Virginia to California. However, on the pickup date we were never contacted. We had to contact them ourselves to figure out was going on with the pickup. The people at company said they were on their way and the truck was in Virginia. So we waited. We had to leave for California two days later and they still had not come. We were told different stories from the company. The main story was the truck was broken. Other times they said it was fixed, then another person would tell us it was still broken. It was obvious they did not have their story straight. After almost two weeks of this nonsense we canceled and were told our deposit would be returned along with an email confirmation. None have arrived thus far even after calling back again over and over again. Looking into possible filing lawsuit. Unreliable and incompetent service, avoid this company.

Unfortunately, we were unable to locate a transporter for the vechicle. While this is unusual, it does occur and the summer season is the most difficult period to move a vehicle due to the volume of traffic. A refund has been issued and an apology was e-mailed.
