Laura was great! I was a little uneasy with this whole process, not knowing if I was would be a victim after reading a lot of testimonies about other auto transporters. After speaking with Laura, I felt comfortable knowing that Motor Movers' process was relatively easy - no upfront payment at time of reservation. Laura also made sure that the transport service that was utilized was one that they had used in the past and could definitely vouch for. The dispatcher called me to give me a time frame when they would be in my area to pick up the car -which was great! In addition, the driver (Guillermo and David) himself called me an hour before to let me know they were headed my way - I needed to mention their names as they were very considerate, pleasant and respectful. Laura please note the the drivers were great! The car was delivered as promised, clean just as it was when picked up. Thank you Laura, you have made this whole process a breeze!!
