I have worked with Laura to ship my car (Honda Accord 2012) from Ohio to Texas.

Initially I have requested for enclosed shipping but Motor movers was unable to find enclosed shipping at that time and they suggested Open shipping. I was much worried to ship my car in open carrier but after talking with Laura it gave me bit confidence to proceed with open carrier.

I was keep thinking how my car will be delivered / will be there any damage etc. On delivery i found my car is in perfectly in condition and no scratches / damages. But yes I do see more dust on car as it is open carrier. We must go for full wash..

I can say overall i had good experience with Motor Mover auto transport / Laura.

Sometimes on certain routes due to time restrictions we are just not able to get the enclosed carriers as was such in your case. The cars do get a bit dirty on the open carriers.
