My NY agent got this company, if thats what you want to call them. I call the gypses. Called them after the first week to find out were the car was. Got voice mail most of the time. Never called me back. What they seem to do is go all over the country, if they get another car pick up they go and get that car and you lose more days. After 2 weeks they said that they were going to deliver the car on Friday. Then I called because the car did not come and they said that they are in Buffalo NY to pick up cars to go to New Jersey. So I thought I was on the way and they would drop off the car, but they didn't. Then I called again and they were going to Philidelpha and then the driver said that he would be to me at 8:00PM in the dark. He did arrive that night in the dark and dropped off the car. Thank god. I was about to report it stolen. When we looked over the car we found the rear trunk and rear tail light were damaged. The driver said that's the way we picked it up. We reviewed the pictures of the car when purchased and it clearly showed no damage when purchased. We contacted Motion Express and they declined to give us there insurance company's name and hung up the phone. We are now in the process to call the attorney general in oregon to report them and try to get the rear truck fixed. If you like to be robbed by gypses use these people.
