Car recieved a Parking ticket in their care and they won't pay it

I shipped my car with Motion Express last October. In December I recieved a $75 parking ticket notice from the city of Boston for the day after they picked up my car. I had called the company, they said to send the information and they will take care of the charge. Another verbal confirmation put me at ease until this October. I received a collection notice from the city of Boston saying the ticket is up to $100 and is threatening to ruin my credit score. I have been fighting them since to pay the parking ticket and they will not respond to any email. I strongly advise everyone to not use this company. They are dishonest and who knows what kind of fine you will recieve after they have gotten their money and how long your car will be left on the street anywhere.
