Montway is an auto transport broker, and our services are to match your shipment with a licensed and insured motor carrier. Montway does not physically handle any vehicle at any time. Motorcycle logistics is an incredibly specialized field. It is normal for a lift gate to be used to properly place the vehicle inside the truck. We have shared your concerns with the proper teams to address with the carrier. While the motorcycle is protected for most of the transport, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the vehicle will be free from dust or dirt. Trucks sometimes have an open bottom which will allow dust particles to get inside the truck and settle on the motorcycle. They are not air tight thus allowing dust particles to seep inside or the interior lining material may even shed while the truck vibrates and bounces during the trip.
