Hello Nick, we're sorry to hear that we have not met your expectations. Montway is 100% transparent when it comes to expectations for pick-up and delivery. Montway provided the customer with our documentation which explicitly indicates that both pick-up and delivery are an estimate and that delays may occur. Customers are expected to be present at both ends of the shipment and if are not available, designate a contact in their place.

The customer was provided with an estimated pick-up 12/3 and estimated delivery 12/7. The vehicle was successfully picked up on 12/3 and delivered 12/9. As the typical transit time for this route is 4-6 days, this would be more than acceptable in the industry.
