We apologize for the inconvenience caused, Frank. We appreciate that you booked your order in advance, however, we will not know our carrier availability until a couple days before your first available pickup date. The route was not being frequented at the time and our team was able to locate a carrier that could accommodate your route. This was the total cost that the carrier was giving us for the transport. You did have the option to decline and we would continue working on assigning a carrier.
