HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I would have rated this company a ZERO but I was not offered the option. Let me begin by saying I NEVER GIVE OUT BAD REVIEWS. I have tried many products and services I do not like, but just thinking of going online to rate a company feels like a waste of time. However, for this company, if I had to waste 3 days of my time to let others know they need to AVOID AT ALL COSTS, I would! The customer service is rude, there is very poor communication and they will trick you! My car was supposed to be picked up at a certain date and it was not which forced us to re-schedule our move out date. Montway was clearly directed to deliver our vehicle after July 26 and 5 days later our car hasn't arrived because they decided to deliver our car BEFORE the 26 and obviously we were not at our new home state. Not only this, every time my husband and I would call the company the call would get mysteriously disconnected. For 5 days we thought our car had been robbed. The customer service knowing the complete situation would talk to us like if it was our fault. Now they are saying that our car will be delivered Aug. 1 or later (they cannot assure a date). Yet, as clients, we have to pay the total amount of a poor service. Additionally, Montway uses an external company to transport car's which makes the communication among both companies even worse.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Our dates are estimated and not guaranteed. The carrier attempted to deliver earlier than scheduled as he had not encountered any delays. However, because you requested for your vehicle not to be delivered until after 7/26 the next time he would be in the area would be around 8/1. The carrier can hold the vehicle at your request for delivery after 7/26 but they cannot guarantee which date they will deliver.
