We apologize for the inconvenience, Justin. The carrier was on schedule the day we assigned your vehicle to them. The day of the actual pickup, we were informed that the truck driver was delayed. Unfortunately, these delays are outside of our control. Our team was working quickly on getting another carrier assigned, however, we're sad to see that you canceled your order with us.
