I recommend using a different company all together. After waiting for 6 weeks for a carrier, we were told july 16th would be the date of the pick up. After hearing nothing, we (once again) called for a daily update and were given a "100 % guarantee" by the montway rep and the driver himself that the car would be picked up on July 17th. Well, that date came and went. It is now july 18th and we have cancelled our order. They offer no help other than conference calls between montway, you and the driver. Save yourself the aggravation and find a different company.

We apologize for the inconvenience, Justin. The carrier was on schedule the day we assigned your vehicle to them. The day of the actual pickup, we were informed that the truck driver was delayed. Unfortunately, these delays are outside of our control. Our team was working quickly on getting another carrier assigned, however, we're sad to see that you canceled your order with us.
