We apologize for the inconvenience caused, Andrew. The carrier inquiring on transporting your vehicle to your desired location, requested the additional fees as they had priced the available spot on their trailer higher than expected. Please know that was only an optional offer, and if you did not want to go with this carrier, we would decline their request and continue working on assigning a carrier. We always want to make our customers aware of all available options and it is the customer's choice to proceed with the final schedule. We see that you booked your order online and we always welcome our customers to check out our what to expect page so that you can familiarize with the transport of your vehicle. Upon canceling your order you were credited back the amount charged to your card.
