I tried to ship a truck from ohio to utah and they said it would take up to 5 day to get it picked up, I gave them 10 days and still no luck, I called into cancel after they failed to get it done.""" WARNING"""in the fine print of their contract , it says they have "3 days" after you email/call to cancel even if they have not assigned a driver and have already gone over their 5 day window, we all know its just a few strokes on the key board to cancel it but for that 3 days they raise the rate on the "Central dispatch" for the trucker price, and don't actually try to start the cancellation.

Also most of the people you talk to are not easy to understand with heavy accents.
