Everything went pretty well from my first phone call to begin the process until it was delivered. The only problem was I received a message saying the car had shipped on a Saturday, so I thought the car would arrive on time the following Tuesday. My car was actually picked up on Monday afternoon and not delivered to Friday. The driver was very polite and kept me informed of what was happening after he had picked up the car. If I could have given a Four and a Half on the rating I would have ! All around, I was very pleased. My car arrived safe and sound.
