The pick up was delayed a week due to the first carrier's truck mechanical breakdown. I paid extra for my car to be top loaded. I was notified that another carrier will be picking my car up with an additional upcharge. After agreeing to the upcharge (I was getting anxious to get my car), I was told the new carrier had a 2 car enclosed trailer with no upper deck. I was still charged for the upper deck though.
