Do not use this company!!! Quoted me a fair price to transport my 72 Road Runner from Missouri to NY. Advertised 1-5 days to pick up. 3 weeks later and still nothing!!! Finally after terrible customer service reps who just wanted to tell me that they're a "five star company" I tried to cancel my order. They told me I had to go through Uship. I explained that I never talked to Uship and argued that I booked it through them. Apparently when you order shipping through EBAY all the shippers are affiliated with Uship!!! Anyway, Monyway told me that the TRUCKERS that they deal with are lazy and don't like to stray from the interstates! You people are in the wrong business. Did I mention it was Missouri to NY...not Antarctica? Weeks of lame excuses and poor service. Would NEVER use again or recommend this company. Believe me...STAY AWAY!!! Use someone else!!!

Our terms and conditions are publically published on our website. Our goal is to find you a transport solution, not inconvenience you in any way so we want our customers to know this policy so they can properly prepare for a given situation. Our policy states that we estimate assigning a carrier within 1 to 5 business days from the first day that the vehicle is available for pick up. We are clear that we make no guarantees. These terms are also stated PRIOR to accepting any u ship bids. We put every effort into working within a customer's specified budget. We understand that transporting a vehicle is not a common occurrence for most folks so we continuously kept the customer informed of the situation and explored every possibility and every opportunity. We asked the customer to please trust in our many years of experience. We know the ins and outs of this industry because we transport thousands of vehicles per month. It may take a little longer to accommodate a particular budget, as in this case, but I assure you we can and will find a transport solution for your vehicle. During our post-cancellation follow up, we learned that the customer has realized we were honest in our efforts only reporting the facts. Unfortunately the customer is now having the same problem with other companies and is paying over $200 more than the budget the customer originally booked our services for. We are very sorry to hear this and hope a transport solution is found for the customer. If not, please give us a call back and we will be happy to assist.
