I contacted Montway on a Thursday and informed them the car would be ready the following Monday for pickup and received a pickup scheduled that Wednesday. It was dispatched to Puma Express LLC and was picked up that Friday. The transit time was 8-11 days and was dropped off yesterday. So they picked up on the 5th business day and dropped off on the 9th. I shipped an Audi S5 from Seattle to Florida and was nervous since i have never shipped a car before. I read reviews for hours and finally picked Montway. I paid for enclosed since i was afraid the car would be dirty on an open carrier. Peter from Puma express was a very nice guy and keep in touch with us and was very professional. There are so many reviews it made my head hurt to read them, but my experience was great.
