I had a great experience with Monstar. They offered me a competitive price, compared to several other open carrier options. Their customer service was excellent. They do contract out the move of the car to other transporters, but there weren't any glitches in this process for me. The contracted driver was great. The only problem I had was I didn't realize we were supposed to pay in cash or cashier's check for the final payment so I had to make a late night ATM run to w/draw $800 to give the driver the next day. That info was in the contract, so it was just something I missed.
