BUYER BEWARE - This company, which also goes by the name Global Moving and Overseas Shipping AND Big Mike's Towing will take your money and property and not deliver a single thing. They picked up my concession trailer in early May with a 6-10 day delivery expectation. It is now June 8th and I am left with nothing. No trailer, no money back, no communication. The police consider this a civil matter so now I'm forced to bring my lawyer into this, which is just an insane situation. Thankfully I have everything in writing. Their reps Ricky Johnson and Danny Lee (who's excellent presale service clearly didn't represent their integrity or that of the business) have offered nothing but excuses, even going so far as to blame Covid for their failure to do due diligence and for their complete inability to communicate. I can't put into words how awful this experience has been and now to be ghosted by this sham of a company while they still have my property is the icing on the cake. Heed this warning and hire ANY other company, literally could not be a worse organization in the entire GTA.
