Vitialy was the truck driver. he was very communicative. he responded to my inquiries quickly. He was able to deliver the car to the exact location requested. The pick up was late due to some pick up problems in another location. I then chose to designate a later date because I needed the date to be exact. I was leaving town and I had to arrange for a friend to meet the truck pick up. This made it important to for the date to be exact so as not to inconvenience my friend. When Vitialy called to say he was within 30 min. of the drop off, he was accurate. The only problem with the drop off was after he took the car off the truck he accidently drove off with my keys! Fortunately I had another set and he mailed the original pair back to me immediately when I contacted him to explain. He was very apologetic. Thank you again for your service.
