This was a pleasant experience from start to finish. While the car was supposed to be picked up in Montgomery Village MD on Monday, it was actually Saturday before it was picked up. However, I am aware that this is not an exact science and I was kept informed by the company that there was a delay. The driver of the transport company called several times to let me know where he was and the car was picked up and very securely chained onto the truck. He even took off my license plates and when the car was delivered to my daughter in Drummond MT he put her new plates on for her. The driver was very courteous and professional. I highly recommend this company. Bottom line: The price was fair, the service was excellent and I would use them again.
