When my son was being discharged from the Army, his plane fare was arranged and paid for by the military...but, what to do about his car? As I began to check into transport services, I became inundated with texts and e-mails.
There was quite a range of pricing quotes, and, while it was tempting to take the lowest offer, I had to wonder why there was such a discrepancy. Everyone promised great service, but Daniele was the only one who provided information explaining how the system works and why there could be such varying quotes from low to high. She said that there's was probably somewhere in the middle, which it was, but also could fluctuate depending on one's flexibility, etc..
I still had a couple of questions for her, but when I texted her with those, I received a quick reply from a second agent, who explained that Daniele was out of the office but that he didn't want me to have to wait for her return to have my questions addressed. As soon as Daniele returned, she picked right back up again, and as I comfortably made the decision to go with Mercury, all moved quickly and smooth.ly. I did have an occasion that I needed to contact her, and she was right there to help!it felt as though she was literally by my side throughout the entire process! In addition to Daniele's fantastic service, she was also supported by June, who periodically checked in with me to make sure all was going well!! The driver that Daniele arranged was great, as well, and as a bonus, the car was transported in a closed carrier, rather than an open one that we had thought we would be getting!! From start to finish, Daniele was a pleasure to do business with. She was professional, available, and TRULY provided excellent service!
