Mercury did a very good job arranging the move of an old classic car 200 miles between to a residential locations to be restored. This was my first time shipping a car and I had no prior knowledge of how the process worked. Mercury's text and email communications did a great job educating me and the agent did a fine job answering questions and keeping me fully informed by phone and email throughout, acting as my single point of contact with Mercury. My only complaint was not an issue with Mercury but with the carrier, whose driver couldn't speak English. It would have been useful to know that ahead of time, because that limited my ability to communicate with him. I suspect the carrier's dispatcher didn't inform Mercury's agent of that fact. The driver was very skilled and helpful at both ends of the shipment and my car was delivered with no damage. I'd definitely use Mercury again.
