After having purchased a vehicle online and approximately 450 miles away, I was unsure how I was going to get it home. After doing a search of Transporters I submitted for a quote and Carlos Robles, an agent with Mercury Auto Transport, was the first to respond. I received several more quotes from other companies but decided to go with Mercury because Carlos had sent me detailed information about how the process works, and was transparent about pricing while assuring me there would be no hidden fees or surprises at the time of delivery. It wasn’t an easy task to secure a driver to make the delivery, but after several days of diligence, Carlos made it happen! He was consistent with daily updates so I always knew what was going on. Because of his experience and expertise, I feel like I definitely chose the right agent and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and Mercury Auto Transport to anyone needing help transporting their vehicles.
