This is the first time I have ever shipped a vehicle so I was unsure of the process. I chose Mercury Auto Transport after Ryan S Savage answered a request I posted on a website. Ryan took the time to answer my questions and make the entire process a little easier to understand. Once my vehicle was picked up from the origination address it went pretty silent from the carrier end. I didn't hear from them at all. Being nervous about the process I would text or email Ryan and he seemed to always be available (evenings and weekends around the holidays). He would check with the carrier and give me an update. If the carriers were more diligent about communications the process would be better, but I totally understand that Ryan cannot guarantee that. Long story short, if I have shipping needs in the future, I will call Ryan back!
