Working with John Garcia and Mercury Auto Transport was the best experience I've ever had! The customer service was awesome. John kept me in the loop daily as far as letting me know he was on task, finding the right carrier for my needs. He was always reassuring. It only took a few days, and he sent the most reliable transporter right to my door! He wasn't kidding when he said "door to door" service! The carrier, Oscar from MB Transport, was friendly and kind. He delivered my vehicle to my daughter w/o incident. He also kept me in the loop while enroute. I will recommend these two companies who worked so well together 100%! The cost was right on target too! John was the best, and he was only a phone call away at anytime. I recommend him and his company with my whole heart!! P.S. While working with John, I was contacted BBY several other carriers. Don't buy it! They don't really guarantee the level of service that you will get from Mercury Auto Transport. John made sure I understood the whole process, even sending me a video showing how auto transport works! It was my first experience with auto transport, and I will definitely use them again if the need arises!!! Thanks John and Oscar. Great service!!!
