I live in Oregon and needed to bring my daughters vehicle home from the East Coast. From the beginning, Ivan responded to my calls, texts and really listened to what I needed. He was honest about time frames, price and likelihood I could get what I wanted. The carrier he chose called me, we worked out pick up - and the carrier driver was so competent and helpful with my situation. When I received my vehicle in Oregon it was exactly the price that was quoted - and my vehicle looked exactly the same as when they picked it up. Thanks for everything Mercury Auto Transport.
