Sam Golden is AMAZING! If you need a vehicle transported, call this guy. He had a carrier scheduled within 12 hours. Sam called me after hours on his own time to make sure I didn't lose the spot. The carrier picked up the car the next morning and it was to the destination overnight. Smooth, easy, hassle free.
I was new to this process and didn't even know where to start. I had originally put my info in online to get a quote - DON'T DO THIS... I got over 50 calls and emails (that still won't stop) from every fly by night, creepy, broker out there. I received a courteous email from Sam at Mercury outlining their services along with helpful information to be aware of. His no hassle approach is what made me call Sam and I am very glad I did. He spent time with me on the phone explaining the process and how the industry works. I felt very confident that I could make an informed decision based on the info he gave me. Literally, the car was at the destination 48 hours after I first picked up the phone. The pricing was right in the middle of all the quotes and I felt it was very reasonable. The driver was very professional at the pickup and drop off and confirmed that I had made the right choice. The vehicle arrived in excellent condition.
