My customer rep, Jim Godze, was very professional and courteous in all of our communicaitons. I found his initial email to be extremely informative and helpful because it explained in great detail how the industry works and what should be customary practices from all brokers. He was extremely patient and answers all my questions and concerns with care. When there was a slight miscommunication about pick up day and time, Jim was responsive and immediately addressed and rectified the situation. Overall, the entire move was much easier than expected. I am very confident recommending this company to others.
