We were on a time crunch and Mercury was the only company that quoted us a lower price. Jim had informed me that most drivers would go for a higher price vs the lower. However my driver came on the date we had spoke about and dropped my car off sooner rather than later. Jim was there every step of the way ensuring my car arrived on time. He is very professional. The driver also was great very friendly and even when I was running a couple minutes behind to pick up had a smile on his face and was pleasant. Thank you Jim and company!!
