I worked with Jim Gozde for my vehicle transport at Mercury Auto Transport. He was extremely flexible and helpful through the entire process. When I had issues regarding pick up dates because of my house closing date moving he was understanding and patient and assured me that we could still get the car moved when I need it done. I was uncertain of his ability to deliver because there are so many different companies out there that over promise and under deliver that I was leery. But, Jim delivered the best service and connected me with a solid and reliable driver who was responsive and exactly on time to deliver my car to my friends even when I couldn't make it there myself. I would highly recommend Jim's expertise and will use him again in a few months when we move my husbands car as well. He was so professional and did exactly what he said he would do. I would trust him again and tell my friends to call him in the future.
