I delt with Jim Gozed whom at first seemed helpful. I recieved several quatos hunreds over his initial quote. He couldent get the job done. I had a driver call and offer to pick my jeep up for 1100 so i confirmed it with the other company and my jeep was picked up the next day. Jim from mercury auto called and said he had a quote of 1650 and was wondering if that would be acceptable. No charges where to be applied unless i agreed to the terms and gave permission. They advertise no cancelation fee. I told jim the quote was way abouve what he said he could get me, and i Denied the service I said no do not ship my vehicle. then i explaind that i had a driver pick it up for myoriginal quote. Jim Flipped his top and started raising his voice at me on the phone, After hanging up he authorized my jeep which was no longer there to be shipped. Costing a truck driver his time and money. And he took his commision out of my account. i calle d him several times i finaly got through to him his manager said he would review the phone call , after doing so he agreed to return the money. never did so. I have fillefd a complain6t through the BBB on the matter. they agreed once more to return the money taken from our account. But have faild to do so once againg. This company has zero customer service skills and there sales reps have the resoning of a three year old. Throwing a temper tantrum on the phone. this busnes should be embarrassed, they have no integrity or general people skills. i am ashamed and upset that The same freedomes i have fought to protect as an american soldier are the same freedomes that allow people and companies like this to take form the people. here is the case number Case#90200472 they will probably try to remove my review. best of luck.
