I had reported my experience of Mercury transporters and Jim Gozde. Just to prove their dirty tactics. They reported to the transport review (TR) that I was not their customer and had them delete my review. It was reinstated only after I send the TR administrator proof of the emails. The response given by the company to my review is completely false. Jim never offered a $ 800 number. He ASKED me to cancel if I could not do $900 on the day they were supposed to pick up my car. I never write reviews usually and its my bitter experience that forced me to write this. Please don't fall prey to their dirty tactics. Sure they will receive Dharma for their KARMA. FYI, TR administrator does a great job at posting true reviews and kudos to them.
