The car was picked up and delivered in a week.
Driver contacted us before, mid trip and day before arrival to keep us up to date. Harold was exceptionally courteous and professional.
Jim G at Mercury provided excellent service with lots of contact throughout the process. There was a mistake on my part on pick up location. Jim re-routed the driver and kept everything moving ahead.
I would definitely use Mercury again.
