This was my first experience dealing with an auto shipping company. Mercury Auto Transport was very patient with me while I shopped around with different companies. After I made the commitment to use Mercury Auto Transport they made sure to check in with me to make sure that I was being contacted by the correct people and kept me up to date on pick up times and any changes that occurred. Jim Gozde, my contact person with Mercury Auto Transport, was very easy to contact by phone and always responded promptly to my questions. My vehicle was delivered to me from Kansas to Hawaii undamaged and all in one piece. I will definitely use this company again in the future.
