We are sorry you feel Rich did not give you the customer service you deserve. We charged you 288.00 with 1300 due to the carrier on delivery .1588 total. You paid us to locate a carrier verify his insurance ,and do the paperwork. We actually screened 4 carriers for your move.The vehicle was picked up and delivered on time with out damage. We also email all the details for pick-up and delivery to every customer. While we are happy your car arrived safe . We are dissapointed we did not meet or exceed your expectations.
