I have never dealt with transporting a vehicle, so I began by looking on line. Once I signed up for quotes the rash of suitors began. I did some research and found horror story after horror story. People losing money and having to find other transports was not what I wanted to hear. Company after company calling and quoting prices from 1600.00 down to 500 while bashing the competition. I found that most are very pushy and don't give you time to decide ,immediately they want your information and their price is the best you will find. Just when I was about to give up and drive the car myself for fear of being scammed I got a call from Roman Franco at Mercury auto transport. He was pleasant , never even mentioned other services or how he was the only one who could do the job. This got my attention, he explained how the procedure is run from start to finish and never pushed for commitment from me. Immediately my wife looked them up and found nothing but good things. Well, I am happy to say our story is a good one and that our car was delivered in the time promised. The driver was courteous, kept in communication and also very pleasant to deal with. The price of $950 was well below what the other so called "reputable" companies said I would never get, and thanks to Roman I never felt the feeling of being in the dark. I am definitely going to keep their number and highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of their services. Thanks again to Roman Franco and everyone else at Mercury Auto Transport for making my experience a great one!
