Overall, I was very satisfied with how the move was handled. The Mercury Auto Broker contact/ liaison Sam was extremely polite, honest and knowledgeable. At any point during the Auto ship brokerage screening process, unlike other Sales Commission agents, Sam was *NOT* pushy or aggressive. He answered all of my questions thoroughly. We had to call and send emails/faxes several times to each other, prior to contract sign-in and Sam was very quick and responsive in returning calls etc.

KEM Auto Ship driver was also courteous. He kept in touch about expected delivery time etc. The delivery was on the day and time, they promised. Vehicle was also in original condition w/o damage. The only comment for KEM Auto Transporter is that though Mercury Auto promised me that KEM Auto Driver will pick-up my car from Atlanta between 4:00PM and 6:00PM EST but he was not shown-up until about 9:00PM and sending party had to wait for the Driver/Carrier to show-up though KEM Auto is locally based in Marietta(Atlanta Suburb), GA.

Overall, I would recommend Mercury Auto, particularly Sam Golden as a broker/agent to any one wishing hassle-free auto transport.
