I was able to keep continual communication with Jim throughout the process of relocating my truck. I was able to contact via direct phone # or email with a quick turn around time. The carrier of my truck contact information was made available to me and communication was also accessible too. Once the truck arrived, the driver was easy to work with and working with me to put the truck in my garage. The driver was courteous and respectful of my time and property. Driver was good in making sure that he communicated to me the contents in the truck's cab were identified to me which I appreciated. No stone was left un turned with this transaction. I appreciate the timeliness and collaboration.
