After reading some of the horror stories online of some shippers' experiences, I was very reluctant to trust ANY shipper, since this would be my first time using a transporter. And while Mercury's representative, Jim Gozde, was very reassuring that Mercury was very reliable, I still had my reservations, especially considering that my shipping request was somewhat unique because I had to travel from California to Las Vegas to meet the transport company's representative, so it was imperative that the rep be able to meet me on a specific date - and not just ballpark it 24-48 hours - so that I could return to California the same day. Mercury's rep was very accommodating and everything fell into place as planned and promised. I could not have asked for better service. My thanks to Jim Gozde for all of his assistance in coordinating this transport.
