Jim Gozde of Mercury Auto Transport provided excellent customer service through the entire transportation process. He kept in touch with me to be aware of my upcoming transportation needs and quickly found a reputable transport company for pickup of a vehicle the next business day, just one day after I spoke with him. He did a great job of explaining the process and answering all of my questions, which made me comfortable with working with him.
