The company is extremely disorganized. My vehicle was supposed to be picked up on Dec14. Melan Trucking had over a month of advanced notice. I get a random phone call in late Nov from the driver informing me he will be picking up my car the next day. This was is Nov when they called. I informed the driver the pickup is Dec 14. This company gave me the run around. On Dec 13 they told me they can't pick it up so new pickup date is Dec 15. After another call to the driver he said he can do Dec 16. You cannot get a straight answer from these fools. I cancelled and told my broker to choose another trucking company instead. Stay away from Melan Trucking LLC.
