My 18.5' vehicle arrived in an awesome, well kept and clean (inside and out) 18-wheel tractor-trailer. Vehicle was picked up on Sunday evening and was delivered right in front of the house on a "typical" narrow city (Minneapolis MN) street on Friday. Good communciations from pickup to delivery. Driver was courteous and pleasant. I would use them again!
