We charge a customer as soon as we dispatch you out to a driver for transport this is told to all of our customers over the phone and is in our agreement in which this customer signed for twice. the driver booked the pick up 7 days out but did agree to do the job. Drivers do door to door but have restrictions and we can not control that if your in a restricted area or the drivers feels they will damage cars on the truck or the truck itself due to low tress etc. they will not drive into these area. Northern California is very tricky for drivers but they do there very best to accommodate. This customer change both locations after they were dispatched to a driver. that's what change there price. another review allowing a customer to say whatever they need to to make themselves fell better but still not true. bottom line this customers car was transported across the country at a great price was picked up by a professional driver and delivered in the exact same condition it was loaded up in.
