We apologized for the inconvenience of not transporting the car for you!!!
My name is Ronnie I am the supervisor in the dispatch department, and from the notes I see that you was adv of the budget need it to move the car, but since you did not have the money we worked on your budget… also you did cancel the order before the 10 business days, and we do have that in writing on our contract for you to read and understand, we tried to help even so by given a partial refund EVEN THOUGH YOU DID NOT QUALIFIED, but you never replied to our email since we need a billing address to send out a check !!!
