I was in communication with Master Pro Transport via their website and email. I was quoted $525 for total cost of shipping from California to Texas. I was informed that a $100.00 deposit on a credit card would be required to 'hold' the booking and the remaining $425 to be paid in cash to the driver when the vehicle was delivered.

Having never shipped a car before and therefore, I didn't know some companies out there don't charge you until your vehicle is delivered!!!
I called to book the transportation and was dealing with an 'Alex' and now the deposit fee was $75.00 dollars and remainder $450.00 to be paid at time of delivery (in cash.) the price difference should have been a red flag!!! but I digress, I went ahead and booked it. 'Alex' - Master Pro Transport processed my deposit of $ 75.00 and 'Alex' at the time of processing my deposit, informed me that I would receive a confirmation email (that very same day) with drivers information. The pick up was to be in 3 days.

I never received their 'confirmation email' - so I called this 'Alex' and he was very rude with me stating that he sent it and to check my spam! (of course I was checking my spam and my emails) NO EMAIL ALEX - you dipshit!!! ... I waited a day and still nothing, called him back and this time - NO ANSWER, emailed him - NO RESPONSE!!! I tried for 3 days (up until vehicle was supposed to be picked up) and couldn't REACH 'Alex' or anybody from Master Pro Transport or 'Alex' - VEHICLE WAS NEVER PICKED UP & STILL TO THIS DAY - NO RESPONSE FROM MASTER PRO TRANSPORT!!! I am disputing the charge on my card, as services were never rendered!!

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! IT IS FRAUDULENT!!! don't let the website fool you, like it did me - it is a 'one man show' out of his apartment with absolutely no ability to ship your vehicle!!!
